ABOUT
My name is DeVere Kutscher
CivicAI Strategies was founded by DeVere Kutscher, a public affairs and communications executive who spent most of a decade in senior leadership at a national nonprofit before turning to AI.
At the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce — the nation's largest Hispanic business organization — he served as Chief of Staff, then Executive Director of the USHCC Foundation, and finally Chief Strategy Officer and SVP of Communications, working through a turnaround that took the organization from a $1 million deficit to $5 million in annual revenue. He later spent six years as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at BiasSync, an algorithmic software startup, where he built the company's federal practice from the ground up and led a coalition of more than 30 civil rights organizations engaging the Executive Branch on federal training and procurement policy.
DeVere knows what it's like to run a mission-driven organization with limited staff and competing priorities — and what it takes to get a team to actually adopt something new. That's why CivicAI Strategies treats AI as an organizational challenge, not a technology purchase.
